Founder and Owner of Premier Health. Dr. Cross has been an emergency room physician for the past 10 years. He has worked all across South Texas including Methodist hospitals in San Antonio and currently is a founder and owner of Physicians Premier Emergency Rooms. He is dedicated to helping get quality medical care and information to the community. He is a proud resident of San Antonio. He is passionate about ice cream and coffee and has been blessed with his beautiful wife of 16 years and three children.

Megan Phillips, PhD
Laboratory Director
Director of Laboratory Operations for Premier Health Texas. Megan is a proven laboratory leader and LIS analyst. She oversees 13 High Complexity Free Standing ER Laboratories as Technical Supervisor and is the CLIA Lab Director for 3 Urgent Cares. Throughout the pandemic Megan has played an integral role in installing new Medical Directors at 13 sites simultaneously to go-live with COVID-19 testing that was validated and patient ready within 36hrs. She has on-boarded 4 pathologists, trained 100+ physicians, and is serving as TC for moderate complexity testing and TS and GS for immunology during this time. She has validated POCT COVID-19 test, including cross-reactivity for acute endemic coronaviruses. Megan lives with her husband in Corpus Christi and is excited to be serving the San Antonio Community.
Stephanie Wilson, RN
Nursing Director
Stephanie is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of nursing experience in all age groups and multiple areas. With the last 10 years specializing and delivering community based emergency medical care in San Antonio communities. Her goal is to bring safe quality COVID testing to communities, providing an avenue back to work, school and a normal healthy lifestyle.
